I am a physical therapist who specializes in combat sports athletes. I know what its like to be unable to do what adds meaning to your life and reduces your daily stress. I experienced two years of debilitating back spasms in my early 20s that prevented me from training, which ultimately led me down the path of becoming a physical therapist. I understand the fear, lack of self-confidence, and frustration that accompanies an injury, minor or major. My clients have a wide variety of goals , from running their first 5k to preparing for mountaineering expeditions, and backgrounds, from day 1 after surgery to D1 athletes. With open, genuine communication and hard work, together we will improve your training and your life through better movement. I want you to tell me your story.

"I had a shoulder injury that had me in constant pain to where I couldn't lift my arm and wasn't getting sleep. It had been 3 months and I already spent large sums of money going to different doctors and specialists that gave me minimal time and treatment. I was skeptical to try again but was so tired of living with this pain and lack of mobility.
I couldn't be happier to have taken this chance. Dr. Santos has given me my life back. He was not only very affordable, he was also extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I made more progress in just 1 week than I had in the prior months since my injury!
He went through every movement with me and made sure I understood how to do all of the exercises properly. He also tailored a program specific to my injury, checked in weekly on my progress, and made changes when needed. I highly recommend going to Dr. Santos. Above and beyond his level of expertise is that he actually cares."
