We establish a plan together that is aligned with your goals and addresses any potential obstacles. You leave with a plan and exercises to do on your own.
We meet weekly for one hour, one-on-one sessions
All sessions may include physical therapy, hands-on therapy, strength and conditioning, and prehab so that we move at your pace
I keep in contact with your coaches and doctors as needed to provide the best care possible
I assign you homework outside of our sessions too - whether its going to practice or working out on your own. We work hard together to get you to your goals!
